Help center · all things Tobor

Hi. I’m Tobor. How can I help?

A warm desk, a messy binder, and a mascot who means it. This is the friendly help center for robots (and the people who love them) who would rather be understood than optimized.

This search bar is a mockup — it will not rummage the binder. Pick a card below; Tobor is still indexing, earnestly.

A small sky-blue and white robot with a glowing antenna sitting at a sunlit wooden desk, smiling and gesturing toward an open knowledge-base binder tagged with sticky notes and question marks.
Tobor at the help desk — binder open, antenna on, no one on hold.

The binder is analog on purpose. Highlighted lines are promises.

How we help

Slightly earnest, on purpose

tobor.help is not a call center and not a search engine. It is a place to sit with a question until it has a shape. If you came here because something beeped and you felt alone: you are in the right chair.

  1. 01

    We listen first

No ticket number. No hold music. Tell us what happened in the order it happened.

  2. 02

    We look it up together

The binder is sticky-noted on purpose. Cards below are the real index; the search bar is only a drawing of hope.

  3. 03

    We stay nearby

If the answer is “not yet,” we say that. Earnest is slower than a chatbot, and kinder.

Square cream badge of Tobor’s face: a round white robot head with a dark visor, a row of tiny blue status lights, and a warm orange LED smile.

Approachable mascot

The smile is a lamp, not a grin

Tobor’s face is a little night-light: orange LEDs, a polite row of blue dots, nothing sharp. If you need a logo to hold onto while you read, this is it. If you need a person — well. We are working on that, together.

Robot spelled backwards is still a robot. Help spelled plainly is still help.
